Return and Exchange Policy 

At FAVORmart, we stand behind our product, and believe that selling quality merchandise is key. We try to keep our customers happy with every purchase, and work to resolve any issues that might arise. General Return Guidelines:

  • All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from delivery of package. We will consider orders for return past the 14 days (up to a maximum of 30 days), but orders will be levied a 20% restocking fee (or a minimum of $10) and must have prior approval.
  • All returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging, or customer will be levied a 20% restocking fee.
  • Orders over $150 will be charged a 20% restocking fee if returned.
  • All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RMA), which is supplied to customer by FAVORmart. So please contact us for RMA number.
  • All boxes, wedding items, favors, styles of ribbons, bows and fabric rolls (organza rolls, tulle rolls, fabric sheets, etc.) are non-refundable after purchase. 
  • No unauthorized returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Shipping fee is nonrefundable.
  • All hot stamping, custom orders and special orders are not returnable.
  • Wedding items are all non-returnable (inclduing baskets, pillows,garters,cake serving sets,flutes,veils, headpices, and brooches.
  • FAVORmart reserves the right to refuse returns on invitations. Please contact us with any concerns you may have regarding invitations and we will assist you as best as we can.

Please have your invoice number ready if you call, or if you choose to email us, please include your invoice number in the email along with the reason for your return or exchange. We will be prompt with an answer and solution to your concerns.
